Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at BioVelvet. We are committed to delivering our premium products to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All our UK domestic orders are fulfilled via DPD, ensuring high-quality tracking and "Predict" delivery windows.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines and costs are as follows:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DPD tracking number.

  • With DPD’s Predict service, you will receive a notification (SMS or Email) on the day of delivery providing a one-hour delivery window.

  • You can track your parcel directly on the DPD Website or via the DPD app.

3. Delivery Options & "In-Flight" Changes

Through the DPD tracking portal, you have the flexibility to manage your delivery. Options typically include:

  • Diverting to a local DPD Pickup Shop.

  • Delivering to a neighbor.

  • Leaving in a specified Safe Place.

  • Changing the delivery date.

4. Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, biovelvet.co.uk ships exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands may incur a small surcharge and slightly longer delivery times.

5. Damages and Issues

BioVelvet is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at info@biovelvet.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Missing Parcels

If your tracking info shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

  1. Check your "Safe Place" or with neighbors.

  2. Check the delivery photo provided in the DPD tracking portal.

  3. If still missing, contact us within 3 days so we can initiate an investigation with DPD.
